- Valid phone number
- Preferred size (Available sizes: Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL)
- A clear picture or screenshot of the product you wish to purchase (for easy
identification)
Orders that do not include complete details may be delayed.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel
any order before payment is made.
3. Payment Policy
- We operate a strict pay-before-delivery policy.
- Full payment must be made before your order is processed and shipped.
- We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through:
- Mobile Money (MoMo)
- Bank Transfer
Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.
5. Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines will be communicated once your order is confirmed.
- We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
6. Proof of Payment
Customers may be required to send proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) via WhatsApp or email to speed up
confirmation.
7. Pricing & Errors
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary before processing.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
